CASE STUDY

Business Need

With an impressive growth of 10 million dollars and a new product line, a private Southern California-based company was transforming their business model by expanding into different product lines. In preparation for continued growth, there was a need to develop the team of Field Merchandisers which embodied a new and “inexperienced” branch of the company.

Goal

Develop a growth philosophy for the organization as well as individual contributors that will (1) increase retention, (2) narrow learning gaps, (3) enhance the skill, culture, and performance of the entire team. Our team created a learning path where people can grow in their role to become key contributors in the workplace and institute a Virtual Training Program. 100 hours of training on nine areas delivered over a period of six months.

Solution

100% of participants agreed the training was effective and relevant to their development. 60% reported successful completion of goals and 80% reported a direct impact the training had on the success of their role and goals.
